What is your return/refund policy?
We do not accept returns or exchanges on personal goods i.e. jewellery. All other products are eligible for refund within 14 days of receipt. To request a refund e-mail us at email@example.com with your order number. Note that return shipping is not covered by Shop Boho.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free on orders above $75 and local deliveries in Hamilton, Ontario.
Shipping for orders less than $75 are as follows:
$8 - Canada-wide
$15 - USA
$20 - UK
How long will my package take to get to me?
We ship from Hamilton, Ontario using Canada Post.
Hamilton: 1-2 business days
Ontario: 3-4 business days
Rest of Canada & USA 4-7 business days
International 7-10 business days

What if I need to cancel my order?
E-mail us as soon as possible at firstname.lastname@example.org. We can’t guarantee that we’ll be able to cancel your order once it is placed but we’ll try our best.
What if my product arrives damaged?
If your product arrives with damage due to shipping please take a photo and send it to us at email@example.com. Any refunds issued will be for store credit only.
What's the best way to take care of my jewellery?
Store your new pieces in a tightly sealed area to avoid oxidization and prolong the lifespan of your jewellery. Avoid contact with water and sweat. Be delicate with your jewellery! Treat them with care.
I have skin sensitivities, is your jewellery right for me?
If you have allergies or skin sensitivities we recommend sticking strictly with jewellery that is sterling silver, 14K gold and titanium. Our jewellery aligns with these recommended metals.
